日式和風漢堡排-加熱步驟

1⃣️先將漢堡醬汁倒入小碗中隔水加熱（備用）

2⃣️將完全解凍的漢堡肉先放入平底鍋（不沾鍋）放入漢堡排後開中大火計時（2分鐘）翻面後在計時（1分鐘）

3⃣️兩面上色後馬上倒入45cc飲用水轉至小火，蓋上鍋蓋悶蒸（6分鐘）時間到後放置一旁（不需開蓋）

4⃣️備好承裝容器後，將漢堡排放入餐盤，隨後淋上預熱的漢堡醬汁灑上蒜碎，配上熱騰騰的白飯，一道完美的「日式和風漢堡排」完成了
